The Advisory Group High-Tech Systems is engaged in the mechanical, electrical and software development, design and improve optical systems, solar systems, pick & place systems, document systems, testing machines and tools, high-tech components and subsystems, semiconductor systems and medical systems.



The role of Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing (real time) software. You work in complex environments and the development of your design software is often found in high-tech mechatronic systems. Your daily activities include:

The establishment of an architecture, technical design and implementation of the software
• Testing based on the specifications and technical design
• Integrating the different software modules
• Writing of related documents

• A completed HTS or TU training in one of the following disciplines: (technical) IT, Embedded Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering (TCK) or Physics;
• Minimum 2 years experience in developing embedded software;
• Excellent in C and C + + and possibly (embedded) Java;
• Knowledge of (some of) the following techniques: Unix / Linux, VxWorks, pSOS, UML, Scripting, MatLab, Clear Quest and Clear Case;
• Affinity with mechanical engineering, mechatronics and / or (performance) algorithm is an advantage;
• Very good communication skills in English;
